Ayesa acquires M2C to grow in data management and process automation technologies

• The group consolidates its position in the insurance, banking and telecom sectors where M2C has a solid presence.
• M2C represents Ayesa’s the second acquisition in 2022 following the recent acquisition by A&M Capital Europe, a move that seeks to double the group’s turnover over the next five years and create a leading Spanish provider of IT services.

Seville, 28 April 2022. Ayesa, an international provider of IT and engineering services, has acquired M2C, a Spanish IT consulting firm specialised in data management and process automation solutions.

Founded in 2004, M2C offers advanced technology solutions in the fields of big data, data analytics, artificial intelligence and robotic process automation for the insurance, banking and telecom sectors. It currently has 255 employees.

Ayesa is currently working on consolidating its position as Spain’s leading provider of IT services. Following the majority investment of A&M Capital Europe in Ayesa, the group has launched a strategic plan to drive growth organically and via acquisitions, designed to allow is to reach its full potential in emerging technologies as well as continue to diversify into different sectors. M2C represents Ayesa’s second transaction in 2022.
